Friends, thanks for the emails. I am not sick just a bit overwhelmed with life.  Several things are going on this fall that I didn’t expect. One of them is more part time work.

For those of you that don’t know, I’m a nurse and have been working part time the last few years. With this unusual flu season has come opportunity for me to work more. This is a blessing for my family as my husband is trying to finish his doctorate and we would like to have it paid in full by graduation.

Unfortunately, this has cut into blogging time. I’m going to take a blogging break for a few weeks. I will be visiting Michelle at iheartpublix for my Publix deals and ya’ll might like to do the same. I’m a huge Michelle fan. She has been very generous to share coupon links with me over the last few months.

I have a few classes scheduled this fall that I will post on Facebook and plug into the calendar soon. I know at least one of them will be open to the public.  I’ve also got a notebook full of blogging notes that hopefully will be put into posts as things settle down. 

I will try to get some more meals and recipes up sporadically. We do still have to eat around here! Thanks for all of the positive feedback from those that have known this break might be coming. I’ll be back soon.
