Here is the meal plan that my family will start on Monday 9/7. This is based on the current Publix sale and coupon matchups. Pay close attention to the when you buy items this week because there are a bunch of them.
For example, buying the lunch meat and cheese helps increase the savings on the salad for dinner. Also, purchase the charcoal even if you don’t use it at your house (give it away). It is part of the free pork deal.

This week breakfast will consist of some combination of the items listed below. We will also continue to eat our free Aunt Jemima pancakes from last week.
